Earn Or Usage
Wealth is the slave of a wise man. The master of a fool. — Seneca
Money is an essential factor in life. Everyone wants it. It brings power and pleasure. It brings power, and confidence, and gives authority and gratification of buying more control. All of the kings, queens, emperors, rulers, presidents, and CEOs; each had a massive amount of money and power walked into their arms. It is necessary. For each individual time is money. You can always have more money but never more time. Everyone should have a task, a job, or a business in which they can spend time and get paid for. They should use their time as an asset. Using time the right way brings wealth. And there is no great possession than having power and wealth. It clears out responsibilities, lessens stress, and brings value to life.
It requires effort to claim wealth from someone else possession. We do jobs, work 9–5, go on nightshift and travel across the world for meetings and roll in the mud, for some piece of paper or land. That’s why It is important to know how to earn money. Through time we learn to grow our wealth. For some, it’s doing two jobs, learning new skills, start-ups, and other sources which work for them. That is their way of living.
But what is more beneficial: The use of money or Making it?
Earning money is an art while keeping it is wisdom. If a specific amount of money was given to a rich and a poor person, the rich person would double it after a few months but the poor would lose it all. So, the problem is not the possession of wealth, the issue with people is the usage of it. You can either buy assets or long-term liabilities that you think work as assets. With money, most people go with instant pleasure while few wise men go with its perfect usage. They think long-term. They have patience with the small while something big is in their mind. The usage of money is far more important than the way we earn it.
It’s a missing subject in our schools, colleges, and in our family conversations. Whenever a thing joins our life like a car, console, or sport, the first thing we do is learn how to use it. But the primary thing in our life is money, we never learn how to actually use it. It’s in our mind to earn but thought about how to use it never wanders. In this money game, we are like machines who work to get their battery charged but they have no own thinking or beliefs about more.
You’ll hear people criticizing whenever money is discussed, putting you in the wrong but deep down all of us want it. We want it as bad as breathe. Everyone is deep down greedy for it. Sometimes at the beginning of new things, Greed is Good, it’s Growth.
Having wisdom would not let you get controlled by it but rather control wealth. A wise man is ready to lose money because he knows the way to earn them back but a poor man is scared. He lives in fear. He doesn’t control money, money controls him. Because if one is not willing to let go of a thing he owns, he is not the master of them rather they are in charge of his life. Let your mind control wealth the right way rather it is wealth of knowledge, time, power, people, place, or any other form of possession, but do not let the pleasure of life be your master.
